Education of the next generation is of significant importance
to the Maestro and he has independently created a number of original
concepts and programs reaching thousands of children.
In 1991 he conducted a concert in front of a record breaking
crowd of 100,000 with the Laval Symphony Orchestra of which he
was artistic director from 1988 to 1993 . During this period
he made numerous successful radio broadcasts with the same orchestra.
He was acclaimed " Revelation of the Year " by
Radio-Canada .
